The latest episode of our podcast has landed!

Check out Danni Menzies' chat with the impressive (yet humble) Helen Fields on some of her biggest decisions... like quitting a successful but punishing career as a barrister, trying her hand at crime fiction - and becoming a best-seller.

Fear of failure, dread of success, and the value of the support of loved ones - Helen talks openly about some of her wins and how much help and encouragement she got along the way.

You can find it wherever you get your podcasts. Or just look for it here. Enjoy!

The Paying It Forward podcast is all about celebrating big and little wins, the happy consequences of attitudes and actions.
